“I met with Cassidy my first week home from the hospital after being discharged with extreme engorgement and discomfort. My baby was having trouble latching and both him and I would get so frustrated every feeding session. I don’t know what I would have done going forward without her visit. I likely would have given up on it all very early on. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable about breastfeeding and creating the special bond between mother and baby for a successful feeding. She also really focused on my comfort and my physical and mental health which made all the difference for me in this new chapter of life.” — Nurturing Beginnings Client

“I had the pleasure of meeting with Cassidy Bluhm for a lactation consultation, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better understand the power and beauty of breastfeeding. Throughout our time together, she respected my birth plan and wishes, making me feel heard and supported as a first-time mom navigating this new journey. What truly sets Cassidy apart is her patience, kindness, and thoughtful approach. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide detailed, personalized advice tailored to my needs. Her insight was always clear, reassuring, and easy to follow, which gave me so much confidence as I prepared for breastfeeding. She never made me feel rushed and always followed up with thoughtful guidance, ensuring I had all the information I needed to feel empowered in my choices. Now that my baby is born, I am grateful to have Cassidy as continued support. She has already been an incredible resource, helping me troubleshoot challenges and feel more at ease in this new role. Her compassionate, non-judgemental approach makes all the difference, and I always walk away from our conversations feeling supported and encouraged. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and caring lactation consultant, I highly recommend working with her!” —Nurturing Beginnings Client
